The Depoe Bay Fire District will support our public, our staff and one another to provide the highest level of service.  We will be the voice for those who need assistance and embrace positive change and growth.

The Depoe Bay Fire District exhibits professionalism through pride, passion, and dedication with intense preparation toward mastery over all with which we have been entrusted.  We own our profession.

We act on the needs of the community, participating in community events and projects and take pride in doing so.  We are also a fire department family. We are committed and accountable to each other because our lives depend on it.  We do the most with what we must to accomplish the goal.

We value the public’s trust and are committed to honest and ethical behavior. We hold ourselves accountable to these values. We believe in a personal commitment to the organization and the community. Self-discipline and accountability are the foundation for managing integrity.
