NOTICE OF JOINT MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Depoe Bay Rural Fire Protection District (District) will hold a joint meeting of its Board and its Local Contract Review Board regarding use of a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation for a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) alternative contracting method for construction and installation of the District's Otter Rock Fire Station Seismic Rehabilitation (Project) on the 10th day of March, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., at Depoe Bay Fire District Station 22's Conference Room located at 6445 Gleneden Beach Loop Road, Gleneden, Oregon. A public hearing for the purpose of taking comments on the District's draft findings supporting the proposed alternative contracting method and direct award will be held at the joint meeting only if requested in writing.
