Station 21 is located at 325 SW Hwy 101 Depoe Bay, OR. This station was built in 1977 and consists of a three story, 10,190 square foot concrete tilt up wall structure with living quarters and a meeting area on the top floor as well as two small office areas. The second floor consists of two office areas and the main floor consists of a five bay apparatus room as well as additional storage rooms. The design of the station in 1977 was to provide office space for one career fire chief as well as a large training room to provide training space and/or a meeting area to conduct business associated with the District.
From 1977 through 2004 the station had additions and remodels of office space and living quarters associated with the changes of District staff.
Station 21 underwent seismic rehabilitation and a full remodel in 2017, and is currently the district's headquarters.
